Did you forget your password, or have you not set one yet? No worries! Here are two simple ways to regain access to your account. Choose the method that best suits your situation.
1. Resetting your password via the login screen
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it yourself from the login screen. Follow these steps:
- Go to the AdminPulse login page at https://app.adminpulse.be/
- Click on the 'Forgot password?' button below the password field
- Enter the email address you used to register on AdminPulse
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email with instructions to reset your password
- Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password
2. Contact your AdminPulse administrator for help
If you can’t reset your password using the steps above, you can ask your AdminPulse administrator for assistance. They can reset your password through the settings.
Your administrator can follow these steps:
- Log in to AdminPulse
- Go to Settings > Employees
- Find the employee whose password needs to be reset in the list
- Click on the lock icon in the 'Reset' column for the relevant employee
- An email will be sent automatically.
The administrator will see a confirmation message, and you’ll receive an email with further instructions. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder too.
