The email templates are used to prepare emails. There are a few templates in AdminPulse as standard. You can both modify the existing templates and create new templates.
The Template Context column describes the action this template is used for by AdminPulse.
If your customers speak different languages, you can also create templates in those languages, so each customer receives emails in their own language.
In the column Template Languages you can see in which languages you already created the template.
Click on the pencil icon in the Actions column to customize a template.
An editor opens in which you can adjust the email as desired. In the box with edit buttons you recognize all kinds of functions that are standard in most word processors. After editing, click Save to save the changes.
You can also adjust the template in html. To do this, click on the Source button. Make sure you switch back to the normal editing mode before you click Save or your changes to html will not be saved.
The template contains the message (subject and content) in different languages. Use the dropdown to add a language.
AdminPulse can retrieve data from the relation file, from the invoices and from your own company data and enter it into your templates using the placeholders. To do this, click on the Placeholders button.
A window opens with all available placeholders you can copy in the subject or in the content of the template. Make sure you also copy the braces { }.
It is also possible to add a completely new template from scratch via the +Add button below. You can also use the available placeholders for this.
In the Invoice Email-section under General settings you choose which template you want to use by default to send your invoices.
In the section Payment monitoring you can autosend payment confirmation mails to thank for the full or partial payment of your invoice.
If you send an email, for example as an action in the billing, AdminPulse uses the template that you have set as the default.
In the email editor that opens, you can always choose a different template, or adjust the content of the email manually.
