Overview and filtering
With the filter options in the bar at the top, you can filter the list based on the profiles set in the relation file, labels assigned, specific fields, etc. This way you can quickly find all the files you want.
Selection and global actions
With the checkboxes to the left of the list you can select several files. With the checkbox at the top you select everything within the current filters.
On that selection you can perform certain actions via the button 'Global actions' at the top right. This button becomes active as soon as you have selected at least one file. The action you choose is then executed on the background for all relation files that are selected.
The following global actions are available:
-
set a task schedule
-
set a file responsible or assistant
Other options will be added to this in following releases.
Set a task scheduling

Under Global Actions, choose "Set a task scheduling" and then in the modal, choose a task template, a task schedule, and click OK. You will find more information about task scheduling under Automation of task schedules
Setting the file responsible or assistant

Under Global actions, choose "Update field." In the modal for file responsible or file assistant, choose the person you want to set in this profile for these relation files and click OK.
Background execution and follow-up
After you clicked OK to start a global action you will receive a message that the command has been received:

The changes can - certainly if it concerns many files - take some time and are therefore executed in the background. You can follow its status via this button in the menu bar:

You will see a list of the global actions that you have started, with a number of relevant details for each:

Clicking the info icon on the right gives you more details about the action.
