Your AdminPulse subscription is based in part on the number of active customer relations, alongside the number of licenses.
A relation is counted if its relation file meets all the following conditions:
- the relation type is Company or Sole proprietor;
- the status is Customer;
- the relation file does not have an End date in the past.
Relation files of the type Person, relations with the status Prospect, Own company, or Other, and relations with an end date in the past are therefore not counted.
The image below uses the AdminPulse filters to show which relations are counted. Relations matching the filters outlined in red are counted; the others are not.
