AdminPulse is gradually expanding the use of artificial intelligence (AI). At the moment, AI features are available in a testing phase, but in the longer term, the use of AI will be linked to a pricing model.
AI features today: testing phase
The AI features in AdminPulse are currently in a testing phase. During this phase:
- AI features are available free of charge
- they are further refined based on usage and feedback
- their operation may still change

Enabling AI features during the testing phase
Are you interested in already testing AI features in AdminPulse and giving feedback during the testing phase?
AI is not enabled by default. You can have these features enabled for your environment by creating a support ticket.
💡 By already using AI features now, you help shape how these features will be developed further.
Future pricing model for AI features
In the longer term, the use of AI features in AdminPulse will no longer be completely free of charge.
We are working towards a credit-based pricing model, in which the use of AI features is charged based on actual usage.
In practice, this means that AI actions are charged via credits, which can be purchased on top of your AdminPulse subscription (Settings > License management).
💡 This approach makes it possible to offer AI features in a fair, transparent and scalable way, based on how intensively they are used.
👉 Important: this pricing model is subject to change. We will always communicate clearly when something changes and inform you in good time.
Managing credits in AdminPulse
You manage credits via Settings > License management. In this screen, you can decide how many credits are available for your environment and how they are handled.
💡 After making changes, always click ‘Confirm change’, so your changes are saved.

Enabling credits
When the credits toggle is enabled, you can use AI features and the usage is deducted from your available credits.
- As long as credits are available, AI features work normally.
- If your credits are used up:
- and ‘Automatically purchase extra credits’ is enabled, AI can continue to work with additionally purchased credits;
- and that option is disabled, AI features are temporarily limited or blocked until credits are available again.
When the credits toggle is disabled, no new credits are provided through this setting and AI features may be limited or unavailable, depending on the credit situation of your environment.
Free credits
Your environment may include a number of free credits. If you want to use more credits, you can purchase additionnal credits.
Buying credits per month
You can set how many credits per month are available. This determines how many AI actions can be performed each month.
The selected number of credits is converted into:
- an annual credit volume
- an annual price, visible in the overview
Automatically purchasing extra credits
With the 'Automatically purchase additional credits' option, you decide what happens when the monthly available credits are used up.
- Enabled: you give permission to automatically purchase a number of additional credits so AI features continue to work
- Disabled: no additional credits are purchased and AI features are temporarily unavailable as soon as the credits run out
💡 This option helps avoid unexpected interruptions in AI usage.
Tracking credit usage
Are active credits available? Then the ‘Usage’ button appears in Settings > License management. Via this button, you open an overview of AI usage within your environment.
At the top, you can see, among other things:
- the start and end date of the period
- the number of free and paid credits
- the number of used and available credits
- the usage percentage
At the bottom, you can see a detailed overview per action, including the date, the user, the performed action and extra information.
Notification when using AI features
When you use an AI feature in AdminPulse, a notification appears first. This notification states that the feature uses AI and consumes credits from your account. This way, you know in advance that this action affects your available credits.
In the pop-up, you can confirm whether you want to continue.
If you tick the ‘Don't show this again’ option, this warning will no longer be shown for future AI actions on the same device and in the same browser.
