The quality review criterion Assignment letter checks whether a valid, signed assignment letter has been added to the relation file.
You add a signed assignment letter via the Letters section in the relation file. Depending on your way of working, you can generate an assignment letter in AdminPulse, upload a signed copy, or replace an existing assignment letter.
Generate the assignment letter in AdminPulse
Is there no assignment letter in the relation file yet? Then you can first generate one via the Letters section.
- Open the relation file.
- Go to the Letters section.
- Click Generate document.
- Choose the correct assignment letter template.
- Complete the required details and generate the letter.
AdminPulse then adds the assignment letter to the relation file.
Option 1: have the assignment letter signed digitally
Do you want to have the assignment letter signed digitally? Click More actions next to the assignment letter and choose Send signature request.
Add the signers and confirm. The client receives an email and can sign the assignment letter digitally. Once the assignment letter has been signed, the criterion Assignment letter is automatically checked off.
Option 2: upload a signed copy
Has the client signed the assignment letter outside AdminPulse, for example, on paper? Then you can upload the signed document to the existing assignment letter.
- Click More actions next to the assignment letter.
- Choose Replace document.
- Upload the signed document.
- Click More actions again.
- Choose Mark as signed.
Upload an assignment letter created outside AdminPulse
Was the assignment letter created and signed completely outside AdminPulse? Then you can add the signed document directly via the Letters section.
- Open the relation file.
- Go to the Letters section.
- Click Upload document.
- Select the signed file and mark it as signed.
AdminPulse automatically registers the document as a signed assignment letter. The criterion Assignment letter is then checked off.
What if the assignment letter has an end date?
If the assignment letter has an end date, AdminPulse takes this date into account for the criterion Assignment letter.
If the end date has passed, the criterion becomes red again. If the end date is within the next 30 days, the criterion becomes orange.
In both cases, AdminPulse also sends a notification so that you can follow up on the assignment letter in time. This notification is only sent if it has not been disabled.
If there is no end date on the assignment letter, the criterion does not expire automatically.
