On the Registration menu, click Price list:
Do you often register the same for a customer? Then add this to the price list! Next time you do this registration, you copy it from the price list: this adds price and VAT immediately. Saves you time!
During registration, you can always overwrite the data AdminPulse copied from the price list.
Type, Name and Tariff are required fields.
Type
There's a difference between Time (register hours and minutes), Product/Cost (quantity) & Distance (km).
Code
You can insert an article code here.
Name
What you want to register needs a name, like Advice or Administration costs.
Base price
This is the rate
VAT
The base VAT%.
Billable
If you want registrations on this item to be Non-billable by default, turn off Billable here.
In fixed amount
Check this if the price is included within the fixed amount.
Ledger account
Ask your accountant which ledger account(s) to use.
Modify price list
Price list modifications only apply to new registrations, except for name modifications. You can correct typing errors in the name: existing registrations will be modified. If you change a price that is already been used a new price will be created.
For example, at the time of invoicing, there may be registrations for the same item with different prices.
You can't change Work into Costs or Travel expenses or the other way around.
If you change the rate, the VAT% or Billable, existing registrations won't be modified. New registrations will have the modified information.
You can delete a price if not needed anymore or restore through the button Show history.
Different prices for different customer groups
You can enter different prices for a price list item, which then apply to different customer groups. The price that you see in the line of the item is always the basic price. Click on the arrow on the left to open the item. Click here on Add price and enter an amount, maybe your own description and at least one label.
A price with one or more labels will only be used with relation files where one of those labels is set as Tag for prices within the invoice data:
To determine the price, AdminPulse will check first whether a price with that label exists. Otherwise, the basic price is used.
In the example above, €50,00 will be charged for customers with the label Gold or BNI, €60,00 for customers with the label Silver and all the other customers will pay €85.00.
When you start typing a label, labels that you used before will be displayed in a list:
If you enter a new term, it will be added to the list of labels after saving.
