If you click a button within AdminPulse and nothing seems to happen, it's likely that your browser has blocked a necessary pop-up. Don't worry, below we will explain how to resolve this issue.
At AdminPulse, we only use functional pop-ups that are essential for specific features; we never send advertisements or other unwanted pop-ups.
How to unblock pop-ups, depending on your browser
In Microsoft Edge:
Notification of blocked pop-ups: Edge often displays a notification in the address bar when it blocks a pop-up.
Allow pop-ups: Click on the icon of the blocked pop-up, then choose 'Allow' or 'Always allow for this website' to grant permission.
In Google Chrome:
Icon in the address bar: When Chrome blocks a pop-up, it shows an icon on the right side of the address bar.
Allow the pop-up: By clicking on this icon, you can select to enable the pop-up that was blocked.
If allowing pop-ups didn't resolve the issue, here are several other potential reasons and solutions:
- Internet connectivity: A poor or unstable internet connection can prevent pages and scripts from loading properly, potentially affecting button functionality. Ensure you have a stable and reliable internet connection.
- Browser cache and cookies: Stored browser cache or outdated cookies might conflict with website operations. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can often help resolve these issues.
- Browser compatibility: Using an outdated or unsupported browser version can impact the performance of web applications. Make sure that your browser is up-to-date to support modern web functionalities. Refer to our dedicated article on this topic: Supported browsers
- Browser extensions and security software: Sometimes, browser extensions or settings in your security software may restrict necessary scripts or functionalities. Check and adjust these settings to ensure they are appropriately configured for AdminPulse.
