When a document is added, AdminPulse will try to identify it automatically. With a recognized document, one or more actions will be proposed for further processing.
The following documents are currently recognized:
- Assignment letter (with QR code of AdminPulse)
- VAT receipt
- Mandate list (CSAM)
An eID file with extension .eid, .xml or pdf is recognized. If this relation does not yet exist in AdminPulse, the suggested action will be to create them. If the relation exists (with the same national number), an adjustment to the relation file will be proposed.
The following fields are hereby adopted
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
- ID card number (and expiry date)
- National number

An assignment letter made with AdminPulse gets a QR code. Based on this AdminPulse can recognize the document and link it to the right relation. For example, you can send the assignment letter to a customer and ask for a scan of the signed letter to be returned. That one will then be recognized by AdminPulse
This recognition also works with images in other formats (.bmp, .jpg and .jpeg), but works best with scans in PDF format.
The proposed action with a recognized assignment letter is Mark as signed.
A VAT receipt will be split after recognition into a document per file. Those split documents are then linked to the relations, while the original document is not linked, but remains in Documents.
Mandate list (From 27/7/2019)
The list of mandates that you can download as an Excel file from the government portal site (CSAM) can be recognized and processed by AdminPulse. The proposed action is Update mandates. You can then, after clicking on the button, choose in a dialog box to create relations that are not found and remove expired authorizations.
