Drop zone
To add documents, simply drag them to the "Drop zone" or click browse. You can add a number of documents at once, or even drag an entire folder to the drop zone and do something else while the documents are being processed.
Tip: You can also drag a document at once into the correct folder, so the correct tags are added as well. See Folders and Tags
When the upload is complete, AdminPulse attempts to identify each document. You can recognize this process by the status "Identification".
Once this process is complete, the document will be given the status "Identified" or "Unidentified".
AdminPulse will propose an action for each document in the action button to the right, which depends on the type of the document. Click on the button itself to perform the proposed action, click on the arrow to choose another action.
When you perform the suggested action, the status changes to "Processing." After the promotion has been carried out, the status finally changes to "Processed".
Here too, you can give the command for a number of documents and continue working while the actions are being carried out.
You can therefore link, open, download or delete an unrecognized document to a relation. The action that is proposed is linking. In the modal that opens, choose the relation and click OK.
For a document that is recognized, a more specific action will be proposed, depending on the type. For these documents, AdminPulse can also deduce by itself to which relation it should be linked.
Find out which files are already detected and what actions can be linked in Document recognition.
Mail to ‘Documents’
A second way in which you can add documents is by emailing them to the address set up for that purpose. To do this, you must first enter a prefix for this e-mail address under Settings > General settings.
If an email address is set here, all mails sent to it will automatically end up in Documents. You can add this address in "cc" or "BCC" to emails you send to your customers to quickly add them to Documents.
If the customer then replies "to all", his answer will also pop up automatically in Documents, otherwise you will have to forward that answer.
The attachments included with these emails also end up in Documents.
