AdminPulse offers six default employee profiles that can be assigned to employees in each relation file. These serve as a general starting point, but we understand that they may not align with the specific structure and workflow of every organization. To address this, AdminPulse allows you to rename these profiles according to your preferences and organizational needs.
How to rename employee profiles
Follow these steps to customize the employee profile names in AdminPulse:
- Go to Settings > General settings
- Scroll to the section called Hrm settings
- Locate the list of default employee profiles under Rename employee profiles
- Click on a profile name to edit it and input your preferred name (in three languages if relevant) and confirm the change
- Make sure to repeat this process for each profile you wish to update
Effects of renaming profiles
- Changes across the interface: Once renamed, the new profile names will appear consistently across the AdminPulse interface, including in filters and wherever profiles are referenced, like in tasks.
- No impact on historical data: Renaming a profile does not alter existing entries; it only updates the way the profiles are displayed in the interface.
