How and when can a contract be terminated?
The agreement for access to and use of AdminPulse and its associated services is concluded for an indefinite period, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Any termination by the customer must take place before AdminPulse has proceeded with invoicing for the next period. If the termination occurs after AdminPulse has already issued the invoice, the customer is required to pay this invoice on time, even if they no longer wish to use AdminPulse.
The termination must be submitted either by registered letter or by email.

How long is your data retained?
After the end of your contract period, your data will be retained in AdminPulse for another 6 months. After these 6 months, your entire environment will be permanently deleted, and the data and documents will no longer be available.
If you wish, your environment can also be deleted earlier. You can request this by creating a ticket via the following link: https://adminpulse.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
How can you make sure you do not lose any data?
To ensure that you do not lose any data, we recommend the following actions before the end date of your contract:
Export required data to Excel
As you probably already know, you can export a lot of valuable information from AdminPulse to Excel.
To make sure you do not forget anything, we have listed the available options below:
- Relations
- Powers of attorney
- Linked relations
- Registrations – overview
- Quality review overview
- Billing schedules
- Budgets
- Planned registrations
- Task schedules
- Invoice overview / Invoices with invoice lines
- Invoice proposal overview (we recommend converting these into numbered invoices in advance)
- Open registration overview (we also recommend converting these into numbered invoices in advance)
- Task list overview (with the option to include main tasks and/or subtasks and/or to-do items)
- All reports can also be exported to Excel

To do this, you can create a ticket. We will then provide you with the documents (linked to relations) in a ZIP file.
