In the Linked relations section, you record links between relation files. This gives you a clear overview of who is involved in a relation (for example shareholders, directors, and contacts).
Link relations
- Click the + icon at the bottom of the section.
- Select the correct link type (for example Contact, Shareholder or Director).
- Select an existing relation or create a new one.
- For some link types, you can add extra information when creating the link.
- Optionally add a Comment.
- Click Save.
The link between the relations is created. In the Linked relations section, the linked relations are shown, grouped by link type.
👉 You can link the same relation more than once using different link types. For example, the same person can be both a Beneficiary, a Director, and a Shareholder.
👉 You can also link multiple relations with the same link type. For example, you may have several Children, Shareholders, or Directors in one relation file.
💡 In the Relations screen (Relation files > Relations), you can use the Link type and Link type (reverse) filters. You can also export linked relations there using the Export button.

- Shares, voting rights and ownership rights: for shareholders, for example to record the number of shares, the number of voting rights and the ownership right.
