Box: Remarks
In the Remarks section, you can add general notes or important information about a relation. This is useful for details that don’t fit elsewhere in the relation file.
👉 These remarks are only visible in the Identification section of the relation file and do not appear elsewhere in AdminPulse.
Box: Handling level
The Handling level allows you to display a warning or restrict actions for specific relations. There are three available levels:
-
Normal
This is the default handling level. No warning is shown and there are no restrictions.
All actions on this relation remain possible. -
Yellow / Restricted
When you set the handling level to 'Yellow / Restricted', a yellow triangle appears next to the relation name throughout AdminPulse.
👉 All actions are still allowed, but the triangle signals that extra attention is needed.
💡 Add a reason in the 'Handling level clarification' field. Team members will see this when they hover over the yellow triangle. -
Red / Blocked
If the handling level is set to 'Red / Blocked', a red triangle will appear next to the relation name.
👉 No new actions can be performed on this relation. You won’t be able to enter registrations, create new tasks, or generate invoice numbers.
💡 Add a reason in the 'Handling level clarification' field. This explanation will show as a tooltip on the triangle and in error messages when a user tries to perform a blocked action.
Use this level to clearly and proactively flag risks or uncertainties related to a relation.
