In the 'Legal' section, you store all legal information about the customer, such as company foundation details, stock and voting rights, and information about the General Meeting. This centralizes important legal data, making it easily accessible.
Foundation
In the 'Foundation' box, specific details regarding the foundation are kept. These are purely for informational purposes:
- Founding date: The date the foundation document is registered.
- Foundation notification date: The date the document was filed.
- Foundation publication date: The date the foundation was published.
- Foundation: publication number.: The publication number where the foundation can be found.
- Deed type: Choose whether the document is private or notarial.
- Capital currency: The currency in which the company conducts its financial matters (e.g., EUR, USD).
- Subscribed capital: The amount pledged by shareholders as capital during the company’s foundation.
- Paid-up capital: The part of the issued capital that has been fully paid.
- Contribution: The contribution from shareholders during foundation.
- Sector: Select the sector in which the customer is active.
Shares
In the 'Shares' box, you enter all the details about the relation’s shares and shareholders. This information closely ties with the Linked relations section, where you add shareholders and define their roles.
Fields in 'Shares':
- Total number of shares: Enter the total number of shares the company has issued.
- Number of unknown shares: This field is automatically calculated by AdminPulse, subtracting the already entered shares via 'Linked relations' from the total. (Total number of shares - known shares).
- Total number of voting rights: Indicate how many voting rights are attached to the shares.
- Number of unknown voting rights: This field is also automatically calculated based on the data entered in Linked relations. (Total number of voting rights - known voting rights).
- Share register: Here you can indicate how the shares are registered—either on paper or digitally (eStox). Note: Via the global action 'Update field,' you can adjust this field for multiple relations at once (Relation files > Relations > Batch operations).
Mission
In the 'Mission' box, you can provide a description of the company’s mission. This is purely for informational purposes and helps you better understand your customer.
Financial
In the 'Financial' box, indicate the type of scheme the annual accounts are based on. You can also provide other financial information relevant to this category.
General Meeting
In the 'General Meeting' box, you can manage the details of the general meeting. The date of the next meeting is automatically calculated based on previous entries.
