In the 'Fiscal' section, you can keep track of the fiscal data of the relation in a structured manner. No actual calculations are made based on this data; it serves solely as support.
You add new data in the various boxes of this section by clicking the green plus sign. To delete a row, click the bin icon. You can also easily upload additional documents via the paperclip icon.
By clicking the 'i'-icon, you’ll see an overview of the most important information. If any remarks have been added, you can view them directly by hovering your mouse over the text bubble icon.
Important notes:
- Fields are optional: All fields in the boxes of the Fiscal section are optional, so you only need to fill in the relevant information.
- Document management: If you delete a document, AdminPulse will ask if you just want to remove it from this view (so it remains available in the documents screen) or delete it entirely.
- Data export: The fiscal data can be easily exported to Excel from the Relations overview (Relation files > Relations).
Vehicles
In the 'Vehicles' box, you can track vehicle-related information that is important for the administration or fiscal handling of the relation. Fields for 'Vehicles':
- Vehicle type: Select the vehicle type from Trailer, Other, Motorbike, Commercial Vehicle, Bicycle, Excavator, Light cargo, Motorcycle, Car, Scooter, Tractor, Truck.
- Brand and Model: Enter the brand and model of the vehicle.
- Fuel type: Select the fuel type from Diesel, Gasoline, Hybrid Diesel, Hybrid Gasoline, Electric, LPG, Muscle-power, Other.
- Purchase date: The date the vehicle was purchased.
- First registration date: The date the vehicle was first registered.
- Sales date: The sales date of the vehicle (if applicable). Note that when this field is filled in, the vehicle will only be visible if you check the "Show vehicles with sales date" option.
- License plate and Chassis number: Enter the vehicle's license plate and chassis number.
- CO2-NEDC and CO2-WLTP: Enter the corresponding CO2 values here.
- Catalogue value and Purchase value: Enter the vehicle’s values, including both the original list price and the actual purchase amount.
- Driver: Select the driver of the vehicle. If the driver is not added as a relation, you can create a new one via the + icon. Note that the new relation is by default marked as a 'Person' with the status 'Other.' You can adjust this if needed.
- Professional use and VAT Deduction: Enter percentages for professional use and VAT deduction.
- Type of financing: Choose from Own property, Leasing, Rental, Renting, Loan.
- Company: You can, for instance, indicate the leasing company here.
- Comment: Here, you can add any additional information as needed.
Loans
In the 'Loans' box, you can keep track of any loans the relation may have taken out. Fields for 'Loans':
- Lender: The institution providing the loan.
- Reference: The reference number of the loan.
- Start date: The start date of the loan.
- End date: The end date of the loan.
- Purpose: Indicate the purpose of the loan, such as a house, car, or investment.
- Amount: The amount for which the loan was taken out.
- Repayment: The amount to be repaid per term.
- Duration in months: The total duration of the loan in months.
- Comment: Here, you can add notes such as specific conditions or exceptions.
Deductible costs
The 'Deductible costs' box tracks deductible expenses relevant to the customer’s taxes. Fields for 'Deductible costs':
- Type: Choose from: Other, Fire insurance, Electricity, Fax, Gas and electricity, Mobile phone, Internet, Property tax, Phone, Phone and internet, TV, Heating, Water.
- Reference: Reference number for this type of expense.
- User: Select an existing relation or create a new one immediately by clicking the plus sign. Note that the new relation is by default marked as a 'Person' with the status 'Other.'
- Professional use: The percentage used for business purposes.
- VAT Deduction: Enter the VAT deduction percentage here.
- Real estate: Link deductible expenses to a specific property from the 'Real estates' box.
- Comment: Add any additional comments here.
Insurance
In the 'Insurance' box, you can record information about the customer’s insurance policies. Fields for 'Insurance':
- Type: Choose from: Fire, Motorbike, Guaranteed income, Theft, Civil liability, Hospitalisation, Life Insurance, IPT, VAPZ, Car, Truck, Bicycle, Speedpedelec, Motorcycle, Legal advice, Work accident insurance, Other.
- Insurance company: The insurance company's name.
- Reference: The reference number of the insurance policy.
- User: Select an existing relation or create a new one immediately by clicking the plus sign. Note that the new relation is by default marked as a 'Person' with the status 'Other.'
- Date: The date the insurance policy started.
- Real estate: Link insurance policies to a property from the 'Real estate' box, if applicable.
- Comment: Add any additional comments about the insurance policy here.
Real Estate
The 'Real Estate' box is designed to manage properties owned by the customer. Fields for 'Real Estate':
- Address and Country: Enter the property’s address and country.
- Plot number: The number assigned to the property’s plot.
- Owners: Add the owner or owners here.
- Real estate type: Choose from: Other, Apartment, Apartment building, Forest, Building land, Grassland, Garage, Garagebox, Commercial House, Hayland, House, Industrial building, Agricultural exploitation, Warehouse, Greenhouse, Not-covered Parking, Covered Parking, Land, Home Office, Garden, Holiday home, Road, Pasture.
- Type: Indicate the type of ownership, such as Full ownership, Leasehold estate, Free usage, Bare ownership, Ground lease, Rent, or Usufruct.
- Professional use: Enter the percentage used for business purposes.
- Cadastral income: Enter the cadastral income here.
- Monthly Rent: Enter the monthly rent here.
- Comment: Add any additional comments here.
