At the top of the 'Task management' section, you'll see an overview of the pending tasks for this customer. You can click the number to be taken directly to those tasks. You can also quickly add a one-off task here if you need to configure a specific action that won’t be repeated.
Task scheduling
In the 'Task scheduling' box, you can add multiple task schedules for the customer at once:
- Click the button 'Add common task schedules'.
- A window will appear with a list of available task templates.
- Delete the templates you do not need by clicking the bin icon at the end of the row, and then click 'Save'.
The tasks will now be created immediately and appear on the Task board for this relation.
To-do's
In the 'To-do's' box, you’ll find a helpful overview of to-do’s marked as 'To do' or 'In progress' that are linked to the relation. You can easily manage them here.
The total number of to-do's also appears as a shortcut at the top of the page, in the relation ribbon.
