An invoice template is a Word document that defines how your invoice looks and which data AdminPulse fills in. After you upload and activate the template, AdminPulse automatically generates your invoices in your brand style, showing exactly the information you configured.
What a template does for you:
- Applies your branding (logo, colors, fonts) automatically
- Fills in customer, VAT, and invoice details automatically
- Adds a QR code or payment instructions when needed
- Shows conditional sections only when relevant (e.g., direct debit)
- Presents work and amounts in clear, structured tables
